Is it absolutely nescessary to set timing if the main crank has not been moved?

I have a 1987 Nissan pickup with a 2.4 liter z24i engine. I am putting on a new cylinder head because the old one was warped. Prior to dissasembly I marked the timing chain and the cam sprocket so that I could preserve my correct timing, and immobalized the chain by jamming a wooden wedge so that the chain was locked against the tensioners. ( I had hoped I was only going to be swapping out a head gasket) So the main crank and the timing chain have been immobile this whole time. Obviously the valve positioning has been altered since I have a new head. BUT it occurs to me that since the camshaft has a knockpin that fits into the only whole on the cam sprocket, will not the valvetrain return to it's original position once I align the marks I made on the cam sprocket and the timing chain? If so this would save me a LOT of labor since I would not need to remove the timing belt cover to re-establish the correct timing. Am I correct?

I now prctice buddhism though I really dont consider myself a buddhist. I agree with alot of buddhist ethics and i enjoy medition. I really dont give any importance to karma or reincarnation. Buddhism teaches to show love,compssion, equanimity towards all sentient beings and I agree with that but I have an internal tension against Christianity. I seriously believe that I can be a great opponent towards the expansion of this faith but dont know if it would be worth it to make myself an enemy of this religion. Christianity has and does continue to do a lot of evil however it also continues to inspire people to do a lot of good. I honostly believe the only reason people believe in this is because of ignorance and/or emotional attachment due to some benevolant experience in their lives. I went to this recycling facility (warehouse) which is apparently open to the public, I drove my car in through an open gate, I used to work there before as a contractor and I wanted to take pictures for my upcoming court hearing which I am alleging unsafe and unhealthy working conditions were present this being the reason I quit the job, the work was not suitable, while I was leaving the facility by car, the guard stood in front of my bumper and prevented me to leave, I stepped out of the car and told him I was just leaving and he was commiting false arrest, he didnt care, he then told a worker that works there to close the gate, therefore I felt I was a prisoner at that time, he also took my camera from me and deleted the pictures I had taken from the facility which had trash all over the place. Risk of hair dye/bleach chemical on human head (brain, scalp, etc.)?

2 weeks ago i went to salon to fix the color i put on my hair, (i put blonde and forgot that i still have my previous black dye on my hair) so they suggested to put bleach first if i wanted to continue putting blonde to the rest of my hair so 1hr45mins bleach on my hair followed by 1hr30mins blonde dye but still not getting the expected result so they decided to put a darker color so another 30mins more for darker brown dye, almost 3hrs chemicals on my head that it hurts my scalp really bad, i told them to wash it immediately but since theres so many people going to that salon, rinsing your hair would make you wait for your turn, u have to be in the line.. when i went home i was really disappointed for not having my blonde har done so i decided to cover it with the blackening shampoo i was once used to make the new color balance to the old black dye.. and now after 2 weeks, my scalp sometime oh most of the times almost everyday, i feel this goosebump-like numbness on my upper left head 3 inches above my left ear.. im afraid. is it possible that the chemicals used on my hair that day had harmed my brain or anything inside my head? please help me im really worried. will it be temporary?? is it only because my scalp was traumatized, will it ever be back to normal?? and not to feel that numbness in my head again??? please help me, dont have enough money to have any body test in the hospital, atleast give and spare me some knowledge and possibilities pls!!!!

Blackening head of a boil. /:?

I have a boil It's just from shaving and getting an infected hair I guess. It's very sore. I have been putting a heating pad on it to bring it to a head so it can pop, and I'll be relieved. I have not tried to squeeze it and pop it myself. But, the head of the boil, not the boil itself, is really dark. Can anyone tell me of this is normal? Or if it's a big deal or something? I bathe for 30 mins everyday..and I use Dove soap. Each bar of soap lasts for only 3 days. So I use 2 bars in a week. When people hear this they tell me that I'm using way too much soap. Major blackouts when I get up to walk, what is it ?

Well I lay down, or sit down, and I go to get up and walk somewhere, and my head feels light headed and I begin to blackout. My vision begins to blur, And everything fades to black. I drink lots of water, eat to fulfill my hunger, sleep a good 8-10 hours. I am 15 currently, female. I am not sick, I am totally healthy. Well no sickness, not that i know of... And right when i black out i feel like my bodies shutting down. But I regain stability and everything goes normal. The blackouts last about a good 15 seconds. My dog died today, he got hit by a car. it didnt struck me as much as my first dog that died. why?

Ok, 8 years ago i rescued my dog from a local no kill rescue. She is very sweet and i also rescued another little girl who decided to escape and this rescue group found her so i had to go to the place where this woman keep all the dogs. My Little puppy at the time when i got there was stuck in a tiny chicken wire fence with like 7 other dogs and she was matted in poop and the lady told me im lucky shes not keeping my dog, well all the dogs are in nasty poop filled chicken wire "kennels" and they are chained up in these "kennels" and before i saw the deplorable conditions they were in i recommended her to people but she has gotten to the point where she wont let anyone adopt these dogs, I know she has the right to turn people down but its ridiculous and i don know what to do, these animals are suffering, and the local human society wont do anything. I have a Razor E3005Electric Scooter, and when I go to ride it the drive wheel wont spin, and the chain is not engaging. When I turn the scooter on its side or upside down, the chain is now engaged and the wheel spins at full speed. It seems to me that when pressure or resistance is added to the scooters drive wheel the chain stops engaging even though the motor is still working when the throtle is used. Lst night i snuck out and went to a party. I got drunk and i was dared to burn offf some of my scrotum hairs. I held the lighter too long and really badly burned my scrotum. My chinese water dragon died unexpectedly, what happened?

I have had my chinese water dragon for 3 years, about 2 years ago he escaped his cage, and was injured while he was out. He broke his back to legs, and his hip. He seemed to have healed fine after about 6 months, and he was back to hunting crickets on his own, and moving around the cage regularly. Last night I had him out to feed him fruit, which we do regularly. He seemed fine, but one thing that I have noticed is that he has not shed his skin for close to a year, and he was unusually small for his age. After I got home from work I went to get him out. One of his eyeballs almost looked like it was eaten out, and you could see all the way into where his brain would be. The other eye was closed, but blackened out. I don't know what happened to him. He was on what seemed to be a good diet since we were able to feed him most fruit. The crickets came from Flukers Farms and they seemed pretty healthy. I fed the crickets lettuce, and gut stuffer calcium stuff. The little orange cubes. Why did my lizard die, and if we get another one, I want to make sure that I'm doing the right stuff. We also have an expensive lizard light that the vet recommended.

I always thought cigarettes were worse because they have been known to be linked to lung cancer, emphysema and other health problems and they blacken and damage the lungs and you don't get a high, whereas with weed you do get a high and you don't usually get cancer from it. And it's a herb, whereas cigarettes are filled with over 4,000 chemicals. But obviously, legally weed's worse because you could get busted for it, whereas you don't with cigs. My Viza Viper gas scooter stops when riding! Help!?

I have a 33cc viza viper gas scooter. I recently got a new gas tank. The Company does not make them anymore so I had to get a different one and had to get my uncle who works at a repair shop to put a wedge or something since it didint fit. When I got the new tank on. It worked GREAT. They put a new racing sprocket in, tuned it up and sprayed something on the chain. I rode my scooter alot after the repair. I probably wasted like 10 miles on gas. Well anyway i started noticing the scooter jerking as if it where stopping, it would still accelerate but at certain times it would make those dying noises.Any scooter owners know when they are out a gas there scooter like jerks and starts slowly dying. well MY scooter started to go that. But its different because my tank was half full. Well it got worse later on, and from this day Every time I start It it dies in 15 seconds or less. I personally think its the fuel lines since they are alot longer and cant reach the carburator. But even if I press the little pump thingy I do it like 20 times so enough gas gets in but its not working I have herd people saying its a air leak but I dont think it is. sorry for the long story. I am going to major in business administration at Community College and then I am going to transfer to a senior university to finish my bachelor's degree. They have a few different options but I do not know which one to go into. They offer these majors in the business field: accounting,acquisition and contract management,enterprise systems management(ESM)human resource management,logistics and supply chain management,mangement,management of technology. I was looking at either Management or Human Resources but I do not know which one. I have looked at salaries but I can't find out which one of these would get me the highest paying job. I want to know which classes that I should take in my first two years of school so that I am ready. The associate's degree looks like it will be pretty easy compared to the bachelor level degree but I want to make sure that I can get through the bachelor degree program. From what I have seen when I search salary information, having a bachelor's degree in business should get me a job making at least $30,000 a year but I want to make as much as I can. My boyfriend is doing drugs!! PLEASE HELP!?!?

I HATE druggies and my boyfriend was like that too, he didn't even drink alcohol but he's changed. First he got really majorly depressed about the past and his parents and childhood and how he never got to live a normal life and seriously attempted suicide but luckily his friends found out and called 911 and they managed to save him. Then the doctors put him on antidepressants but he stopped taking them and said they don't work and he's been taking Oxycontin, the really strong painkiller to "numb" himself. At first I didn't say anything because I felt bad for him and he only did it once or twice a week. But now he's been taking 2 pills a DAY and chain smokes cigarettes. He doesn't have any feelings or emotions when he's on the drug he just stares at the sky and he says that's how he likes to feel, they take away his pain and help him escape reality. Maybe that's true but chain smoking and daily opioid painkillers at only 19 shorten your life by like 20-40 years. I just want him to be happy and healthy. What should I do? :'(

I'm taking a picture of an outdoor wall lantern at night. I want it so that the lamp is in focus while the background is black, so that it looks like the lamp is almost floating. I set it to a high shutter speed in hopes of making it darker, and when I press the "shoot" button halfway (autofocusing it), the background will be dark the way I want it. But when I take the picture, the light cast onto the objects by the lantern appear again. Please tell me how I can adjust my settings (i have a canon rebel t2i). Thanks!!
